“捂嘴红牌”是指在比赛中，对于某些不当言论或侮辱性行为的球员，裁判员将出示红牌并要求其用一只手捂住自己的嘴，以示警示和惩罚，此举旨在让球员深刻认识到言语不当行为对比赛和他人造成的不良影响，同时也为观众提供了一种新颖的视觉体验。
除了“捂嘴红牌”，新赛季还将实施以下新规：
